Craig Nassi

Founder and CEO of BCN Development, Craig Nassi is most famous for the magnificent high-rise developments in Denver, Colorado’s popular Golden Triangle. He has envisioned, designed, developed, and helped reshape skylines across America. Real estate savvy Craig Nassi articulated a passion for architecture and construction. He started his career by building single family homes until establishing the world’s finest development company BCN Development. Since then, BCN Development has been a team that excels in the area of developing and building mixed-use high-rise buildings and bringing the big city concept to upcoming cities across the nation.

Mr. Nassi received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his Master’s Degree from the University of Northern Colorado. He also taught in the public school system in Denver, at the secondary level in the early 90’s and is a board member for various neighborhood groups and associating including the Jewish Community Center, and Colorado State University Development Committee. In 2001, Mr. Nassi was voted “Best Developer in Colorado.”

Joseph Soufeh

Joseph Soufeh is current Head of Finance of BCN Development. Prior to this, Mr. Soufeh served as a Vice President in Bear Stearns' Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Group. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Soufeh was responsible and participated in the structuring, origination and underwriting of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans in well in excess of hundreds of millions. Mr. Soufeh began his career in Commercial Real Estate while interning from 1994-1997 for Paul Milstein during his undergraduate college years at the Stern School of Business at NYU.
