How do you feel about being
in a B.C.N. Property?
"Living at a BCN Property was great, I'm kind of biased because I had the [coffee] shop downstairs, so there was the convenience factor but yeah, I loved the building, I have two little girls and they liked it. We were there about two and half years."

"Good! Everything form Business
to Residential is great, everything mechanical works,
I've never had any problems in our unit, no surprises
and the same goes for our retail space ...everything
has been a positive experience."

"Great, I've had no issues, no
worries, he gave me the opportunity to get in at a
fair price...same with the shop, he gave me the opportunity
to open my business here and he's delivered on everything
he’s said and more."

How has it been working with Craig Nassi these past 5 years?
"Yeah, like I said, he's delivered
on everything that he's said, I've never had any major
problems with the property, no minor problems, really.
Craig has delivered on everything that he's said and
then some - like with the coffee shop, there were
some additions that he had to approve, so he delivered
on more than he said he would by getting signs and
additions approved for the coffee shop."

"Well , it goes back to 1999 when there was an ad in the paper for the Belvedere to be constructed. We saw pictures of what it was going to look like, and actually signed the contract before the building was built, abou one year in advance - we liked the location."

"We like it. The projects have been going fine. We've done Belvedere, Prado, Lowiys and the Beauvallon .There are places where we've done 10-12 units which was a lot to our small conlpany."

"It's been a fine experience. I've been working with them since 1996 doing large and small projects and basically, we agree on something difficult like confusing detailing by discussing it, then we come up with something that works."
